Ground Effects Paving is an asphalt paving contractor serving Dallas, Georgia and the west side of metro Atlanta. We pave driveways for homeowners and parking lots for businesses, plus small private roads. We also haul stone and gravel, and we do some concrete work.
Noah Boswell has been paving since 1990. Ground Effects grew out of that work. We own the equipment a paving job takes, and we do the grade work ourselves. Until now, our jobs have come by word of mouth.
